ISF Sports Program Options

Ages 1.5 - 9 Years
Iowa Sports and Fitness sessions, camps, and clinics held at The Hutch (Line Drive Sports Complex) at 850 Twixt town Road in Cedar Rapids, near Lindale Mall, at Thomas or Taube Park in Marion, or at Guthridge Park in Hiawatha. Sessions are held indoors from November to March, and are held outdoors the rest of the year, in general. Camps, clinics, events, and/or private lessons may be held indoors out outdoors as weather permits.
2-5 yrs
Soccer
Soccer offers it all - fun, movement, and SKILL! Children play games and learn basic fundamentals coupled with flashy feints in a no-pressure FUN-BASED environment. Includes goalkeeping, too!

No- or Low-Pressure Skills Classes: 30- minute classes once a week for 5 to 6 weeks, depending on the session.

Iowa Sports and Fitness offers high-level soccer skills training in a low-pressure and FUN environment where students of the Beautiful Game are given the space and creativity to learn and apply their new abilities without fear of making mistakes.

No previous soccer experience necessary - all levels are welcome. Developed by a coach licensed by the US Soccer Federation.

Private Lessons also available.

We loved Coach Nicole and loved the all sports half day camp! Our five year old son had a blast and learned a lot while being introduced to 7+ sports. They had bouncy houses, too! He made some great friends and is already asking about going back next year. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

This was the best experience for our first birthday party experience. The space was clean, organized and so well prepared for us (even a fridge in the party room for your drinks, cake or snacks). The space was perfect for ages 1-10. So many activities and Nicole even arranged/educated the kids how to play certain team activities. The 2 hour block was perfect for all. Make sure you bring plenty of water our kids were hot and tired and had sooo much fun!
